Deliverables

The ReGrow project has been designed and structured to ensure the successful achievement of its goals and objectives through a framework of Work Packages (WPs). Each WP includes specific tasks, milestones, and deliverables that contribute to the overall impact of the project. The framework guarantees excellence in process implementation, quality assurance, and the dissemination of the project’s innovative outputs, such as the MSc in Precision Agriculture and its associated resources. The project’s Work Packages encompass the following:

  • Objective: To oversee the effective management of the project, ensuring all tasks are executed on time and within budget.
  • Role: Supports the smooth operation of all other WPs by providing management tools, organizing meetings, and tracking progress.
  • Deliverables:
    • D1.1: Project Management & Financial Handbook
    • D1.2: Mid-Term Progress Report
  • Objective: To ensure the quality and effectiveness of the project's outputs through continuous evaluation and feedback mechanisms.
  • Role: Monitors deliverables across WPs, ensuring they meet high standards and align with the project’s goals.
  • Deliverables:
    • D2.1: Quality Assurance Plan
    • D2.2: Periodic and Final Quality & Evaluation Reports
    • D2.3: Report for External Experts
  • Objective: To establish a comprehensive understanding of the current landscape and identify gaps in Precision Agriculture education.
  • Role: Provides a foundation for developing an innovative curriculum and training model tailored to societal and market needs.
  • Deliverables:
    • D3.1: Comparative Analysis and Recommendations for Precision Agriculture Curricula
    • D3.2: Professional/VET Precision Agriculture Landscape and Skills Gap Analysis Report
  • Objective: To design and implement the MSc curriculum and Virtual Learning Environment, ensuring accessibility and relevance.
  • Role: Delivers a modernized educational framework that integrates digital tools and advanced teaching methods.

    • D4.2: ReGrow MSc Program Course Framework

  • Objective: To create practical training resources, establish ReGrow Labs, and develop capacity-building programs for HEIs and professionals.
  • Role: Bridges theory and practice through hands-on experiences and innovative learning tools.
  • Deliverables:

    • D5.2: ReGrow Adapted Educational Content
    • D5.3: Internship Programme Framework
  • Objective: To ensure the MSc program is fully accredited and implemented in Georgia and Ukraine.
  • Role: Validates the curriculum and establishes evaluation mechanisms to ensure the program's success.

    • D6.1: Accreditation Report
    • D6.2: Course Evaluation Framework
    • Objective: To promote the project's results, engage stakeholders, and ensure the sustainability of its outputs.
    • Role: Develops dissemination strategies, outreach tools, and sustainability plans to maximize impact.
