Strengthening teacher capacity is essential for building future-ready agricultural education. When educators are equipped with updated knowledge, practical training methods and access to modern learning resources, they can create more engaging and relevant learning experiences for students.
This is especially important in fields such as precision agriculture, digital farming, smart resource management and climate-smart practices, where theory must be closely linked with practical application.
Through its Training of Trainers activities, learning resources and new MSc programme in Precision Agriculture and Digital Farming, the ReGrow project supports educators in Georgia and Ukraine to strengthen their skills and integrate innovative approaches into higher education.
By empowering educators, ReGrow contributes to a stronger agricultural knowledge system, one that prepares future professionals to support sustainable, digital and resilient agriculture.
